Effective Leadership

Teachers21 offers varied opportunities for administrators and school leaders to examine the knowledge base on leadership and to engage in reflective inquiry in order to help all students and staff become more successful.  Professional development and coaching opportunities are designed to support a leader in developing skills in supervision and evaluation, instruction, strategic leadership, change management, data analysis, long- and short-term planning, and professional learning communities.
