Teachers21 believes that in order for all students to receive high quality teaching, teachers and other educational leaders must work together to reshape their profession such that collaborative professional learning lies at the center of good teaching practice. To this end, we partner with a broad base of educational stakeholders to ensure that educational practice, research, and policy are coordinated to create stronger conditions for professional learning.

We work to build understanding and capacity among policymakers so that they can provide financial, legislative, regulatory, and technical support toward efforts to improve educator quality.
